Term & Policies

By booking an appointment at Warm&fuzzy Nails, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our policies, including our UV exposure notice and repair policy

Cancellation and No-Show Policy – Warm&fuzzy Nails

At Warm&fuzzy Nails, we strive to offer the best service to every client, which means managing our schedule carefully. Here’s how our cancellation and no-show policy works:

No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be automatically required to pay a 50% deposit to book their next appointment. This ensures fairness and helps us manage our time effectively.

Late Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. We understand that life happens, and an occasional late cancellation is okay. However, repeated late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may result in being added to our prepayment list, where a 50% deposit will be required for future bookings.

Repair & Longevity Policy

Repair Policy:
We offer a 7-day complimentary fix period for any issues following your service. After 7 days, repairs will be chargeable. Warm&fuzzy Nails reserves the right to deny repairs if we suspect damage was caused by improper care or misuse. Mechanical damages are not covered under the 7-day free fix policy.

Service Longevity:
Our manicures are crafted to last up to 5 weeks, with the optimal wear time being 3-4 weeks. Please note that longevity depends on nail length and lifestyle factors.

Warm&fuzzy Nails reserves the right to update these policies to maintain high standards and fairness for all our clients.

Additional Terms

Warm&fuzzy Nails reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion, especially in cases of inappropriate behavior, repeated policy violations, or failure to adhere to salon guidelines. By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms and conditions.

Please be aware that certain services involve the use of UV/LED lamps, which emit ultraviolet (UV) light. Prolonged or repeated exposure to UV light may carry potential risks, including skin damage and other health concerns. Clients are responsible for taking appropriate protective measures, such as applying sunscreen or using protective gloves. Warm&fuzzy Nails is not liable for any adverse effects or conditions related to UV exposure during services, including but not limited to skin damage or an increased risk of health issues.

Additionally, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects related to the services provided if no prior medical history was disclosed.
